Outside this is not an identical copy of the Sinclair ZX Spectrum. It uses a black version of the CZ 1500 resp. TS1500 case, 'modded' with the typical Spectrum rainbow in the right-hand corner. But internally it's an original issue 4 or later issue 6a ZX Spectrum, built by Timex in Portugal.
As this machine is just a modded ZX Spectrum, all their technical specs are identical:
