This sweet little thing was probably only sold in Germany by ISS, Individual Software Service, better known as Jürgen Schumpich GmbH, the German distributor for Sinclair computers.
It consists of the keyboard PCB fitted between two plastic deep drawn half cases. It had high quality electronics micro switches with very durable printed symbols on top. In addition to the ZX81's 40 keys there were some extra keys, e.g. a double symbol shift and a numeric keypad. One key was completely unassigned and could be used the the hobbyist electronician for any own purpose.
The keyboard was attached to the keyboard connectors of the ZX81 via flat ribbon cable, so you had to open your computer and unplug the original keyboard membrane. I don't know whether it plugged into the original keyboard sockets or whether you had to solder the wires to the solder pins. Soldering was required anyway, because the ICs for the key auto-repeat needed power. Probably for that reason it did not become very wide-spread. Besides that it was small, looking cool and endurant.
I can't determine the real manufacturer, but there is a printing on the PCB saying "re ZX 81 Tastatur". ISS called it the "Super Moving Keyboard" as opposed to the "Standard Moving Keyboard" in the same catalogue.
The PCB is single-sided and the needed bridges at wire crossings were supplied by metal bridges in the keys.
The keyboard had a feature to auto-repeat the top row of keys, so you could move the text cursor or delete characters without the need to repeatedly press the keys – the ZX81 had no auto repeat for the keys!
