After having a look into PSSST.ROM I created a COOKIE.ROM with Screen.

As original COOKIE.ROM is "Distribution Denied" I´ve done a Patch for owners of the original COOKIE.ROM:

with BSDIFF for Windows ( http://www.pokorra.de/coding/bsdiff.html ).

With this Patch and the included BSPATCH you could create a new ROM-File COOKWSCR.ROM with the Cookie-Screen.

Usage:
BSPATCH.EXE COOKIE.ROM COOKWSCR.ROM BSPATCH.BIN
