This rom is the standard rom patched to make it work better when 
loaded into ram at $0000, e.g. with Expandor Systems 'Soft ROM'.

The standard rom has a routine at $33F7 which overwrites the first 5 bytes of rom. 
This is no problem with a real rom, but if you have copied the rom into ram, 
then your Specci will just crash next time when you next to reset it.

This patch just chooses a better place for dropping the unwanted bytes: 
the location of the unused subroutine at $04AA, a leftover from the ZX81 rom.
