PC keyboard interface

This interface allows you to connect a standard PS/2 PC keyboard to your ZX Spectrum. You can also use USB keyboard with a USB to PS/2 adapter.

This interface responds as quickly as the original ZX Spectrum keyboard does!
The current firmware is written for US layout PC keyboards; if you use a keyboard with a different layout, keys will not be mapped correctly.

Compatibility
The PC Keyboard Interface works perfectly together with this hardware:
- ZX Spectrum 16K / 48K / 48K+ / 128K+ / +2 (grey model)
- DivIDE
- MB02 / MB02+IDE
- Kempston Mouse Turbo (first version is succesfully tested)

Unfortunately there are known compatibility issues with the next models:
- ZX Spectrum +2A / +2B / +3
When you want to use the interface with one of these models, you will have to make some modifications to your ZX Spectrum; check www.benophetinternet.nl/hobby for future updates about making the modifications.
