4K RAM 
8-bit input port
8-bit ouput port

Ports are accessed memory mapped, in Basic with Peek and Poke:
	POKE 22500, 255	sets all output port bits high.
	PEEK 22500		reads the status of the bits on the input port.

4K Ram:
Probably only 3K similar to Sinclair's ZX80 1-3K memory expansion, 
totaling available Ram to 4K. (to be verified)
