p	Related command line option, pseudo instruction and predefined label

p	Tell the assembler that label names are case insensitive and that the source does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase writing of label names.
p	Note: instruction and register names are always case insensitive.
p	This option is implied by '--asm8080'.
p	Normally label names are case sensitive or people just tend to just write them allways the same.

p	Prior to version 4.3.4 a label _casefold_ was also defined.
