Eprom programmer/ROM card for the ZX81

This is a project that was featured in Everyday Electronics February 1984. 
The project provided for a Eprom/Rom card that could be attached to a ZX81 and enabled the facility to program an Eprom mounted on the card. The PCB for the circuit card was purchased through Everyday Electronics and the constructor was required to populate the card.
